E-RYT200 Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher,  Yoga Alliance.

Aleena has been a yoga enthusiast for nine years, and a teacher for seven. A dancer her whole life, it was a serious car accident that ultimately called her to practice of yoga. Owner of Buddha Beats Yoga, Aleena has studied yoga extensively, most recently with world-renowned Canadian yoga teacher, Eoin Finn whom she recently assisted at Wanderlust Oahu! Her intention is to assist others in re-awakening to the magnificence of one’s own mind and body, through a conscious exploration of the layers that comprise our being. Each of us can learn to think and move in harmony with the intelligence that manifests as us. It is this re-discovery of our own strength, wisdom and grace that inspires Aleena to continue on this journey of practicing and sharing yoga.
