FRIDAY

  • 4PM           CHECK IN at Predator Ridge Resort
  • 4:30PM      Intro to Meditation & Gentle Yoga 
  • 6PM           Happy Hour at Shauna & Kristie's Cottage
  • 7PM           Farm-to-Table dinner at the Range Restaurant

 

SATURDAY

  • 7:30AM      Meet at the Valet Station/ Golf Carts
  • 8AM           Rise & Shine Vinyasa Flow and Meditation on the Yoga Platform
  • 10AM         Buffet Breakfast
  • NOON        1hr Integrated Study 
  • 1PM -4PM   FREE TIME
  • 4:30PM      Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra
  • 7PM           Farm-to-table dinner at the Range Restaurant

 

SUNDAY

  • 7:30AM      Meet at the Valet Station/ Golf Carts
  • 8AM           Rise & Shine Vinyasa Flow and Meditation on the Yoga Platform
  • 10AM         Buffet Breakfast
  • 11AM         Check-out and Namaste
