FRIDAY
- 4PM CHECK IN at Predator Ridge Resort
- 4:30PM Intro to Meditation & Gentle Yoga
- 6PM Happy Hour at Shauna & Kristie's Cottage
- 7:30PM Farm-to-Table dinner at the Range Restaurant
SATURDAY
- 7:30AM Meet at the Valet Station/ Golf Carts
- 8AM Rise & Shine Vinyasa Flow and Meditation on the Yoga Platform
- 10AM Buffet Breakfast
- NOON 1hr Integrated Study
- 1PM -4PM FREE TIME
- 4:30PM Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra
- 7:30PM Farm-to-table dinner at the Range Restaurant
SUNDAY
- 7:30AM Meet at the Valet Station/ Golf Carts
- 8AM Rise & Shine Vinyasa Flow and Meditation on the Yoga Platform
- 10AM Buffet Breakfast
- 11AM Check-out and Namaste
